The Reasons of Cracks and Seepage of Glazed Tile

Glazed tile is the most common brick in the decoration, because of its rich color pattern, and high anti-fouling ability, they are widely used in metope and ground. But there are some questions when produce by using the glazed tile forming machine.
(1)Glazed tile is full of cracks: the primary reason is the stress between base and glaze layer beyond the coefficient of thermal expansion. When the coefficient of thermal expansion of glazed face is larger than base, the shrink of glaze is large than base  intensity of tensile stress, when the intensity of tensile stress beyonds the glaze bear limit, the cracks then appear.
(2)Glazed tile seepage: no matter what kind of brick, it has the natural of water sucking. But when the base density is too loose, the cement seepage problem will also appear. Therefore, be careful when use the glazed tile forming machine.
