What we need: Specifications

1 roll former with 20 stations.
Speed:                max 20m/min.
Roller shafts:     Diameter mm 40 or 50 h7 you choose.
(Top surface grinded and hardened?)
Free tooling length: 400mm on shaft.

1 parallel sheet entering device. Max width 400mm on the inlet side.
1 profile straighter on the end of the machine.
Electricity connection: 240V 50 Hz 3phase and ground.
Remember that if you have the CE confirmation on the machine make a cover over the stations. If no CE confirmation, we make it here and do the CE-confirmation.

1 hydraulic Profile cutter.

With hydraulic power plant. Equipped with hydraulic accumulator for decreasing the cutting time.
Delivered with cutting knifes. 4 different widths on middle section. Please look at the attached drawings.
Electricity connection: 240V 50 Hz 3phase and ground.

1 Decoiler.

If you can deliver a Decoiler that is driven on a loop control up to 20 m/min and have a hydraulic expanding mandrel.

Coil-width max 500mm, Coil inner diameter: 610mm or 508 with spacers up to 610mm. Coil capacity 3500 kp
Outside diameter on coil 1300mm max. Must be equipped with top roll stabiliser.
Decoling capacity max 20 m/min.
Electricity connection: 240V 50 Hz 3phase and ground.

Roller tooling for the profile that make a straight profile without the corkscrew phenomena on z-profiles. The tooling must have possibility to make the middle section wider with roll spacers made as U shapes. Please look at the attached drawings.
