Cable Tray Forming Machine

Cable trays are used as an alternative to open wiring or electrical conduit systems which are commonly used for cable management in commercial & industrial construction. They are especially useful in situations where changes to a wiring system are anticipated, since new cables can be installed by laying them in the tray, instead of pulling them through a pipe.

Our cable tray forming machine makes the cable tray system is used to support insulated electric cables used for power distribution and communication in the electrical wiring of buildings. The raw materials for cable tray are made of galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or glass-fiber reinforced plastic in generally. The material for a given application is chosen based on the corrosion resistance required for the location.

The cable tray forming machine is driven by double cantilever gears, the width can be adjust continuously, the width can be changed fast.

Function and Structure:
 The sheet after cutting can be transformed according to drawing, 16 steps. It is made up of AC motor, reducer, high-precision rolling linear guide, right and left transmission box, lateral adjusting device and rollers.

 The machine base and transmission boxes adopt welded structure and has stress relieve treatment. The gears adopts 45# steel hard finishing and combination structure and FEA analysis, which can promise the product precision.

The rollers are GCr15 and hardness is HRC 58-62. It is high-precision, high hardness, hard precision and long lifetime.
